Interview Workshop

When a department has a number of vacancies to fill and wishes to meet with a number of candidates at one time, we conduct Recruitment Interview Workshops. These workshops involve face-to-face interviews with technical representatives from Saudi Arabia and, in some cases, may be conducted with department representatives or candidates via video conferencing

Scheduling of Interviews

You’ll be contacted by our recruiter to schedule an interview and confirm a date, time and location.

While most interview workshops are hosted at the company’s London branch in the UK, in some cases they may be hosted abroad in conjunction with a recruitment event that Saudi Aramco is attending. In this case, you’ll be advised accordingly.

Standard Documentation

The recruiter will be in touch with you regarding specific documents that you’ll need to provide either prior to or at the interview workshop. These documents will be necessary should you be offered a job.

Travel to and from the Interview

When you plan your travel arrangements, you’ll need to advise the recruiter of your plans. The recruiter will then confirm and ‘approve’ these so that you can go ahead and make your bookings.

After your interview, you should provide the recruiter with your travel receipts - which may be originals or copies. You should also complete and submit a Recoverable Expenses Form and Bank Details Form. The recruiters will then process your expenses, and you should receive reimbursement within a few weeks of your interview.

Recruiters will provide further details about the expenses for which you’re eligible.

Employment Presentation

During interview workshops, the recruitment team often gives a short presentation on the lifestyle, benefits and compensation package that Saudi Aramco has to offer. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have about the company, Saudi Arabia and so on. You’ll also be given an information package after your interview.

Interview Results

Within a few weeks of your interview, the recruiters will have a final decision from the department and will be in touch with you about the results.

If you’re successful, the job offers team will contact you regarding what happens next.

If you’re not successful this time you’ll be notified accordingly, but your profile will be kept on file for future consideration should another suitable vacancy arise.
