The objective of documenting the Personnel Policies and Procedures is to translate the Human Resources vision and mission of the Company into policies and operational procedures in the individual areas.
We aim to ensure consistency in the interpretation and implementation of personnel policies and procedures throughout the Company and define the methods for establishing the Job Skills of each employee. It is aimed at providing a flexible fully trained work force able to meet the requirements of any internal or external customer.
We establish how awareness for Quality is demonstrated throughout the Company, and identify the requirements needed to enable the Company to demonstrate the competence of its employees at all levels throughout the organization and provide transparency in matters concerning all employees.
