JOB LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA
EDUCATION: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE: 7+ years' experience in healthcare facilities mechanical system, operation, maintenance, and design.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates the operation and maintenance of the utility system replacement and upgrade projects for the Saudi Aramco Medical Service Organization Facility. Knowledgeable with building codes and other international standards such as NFPA, ANSI, ASHRAE, JCI, etc. Proficiency in Auto CADD (Micro Station) and other computer applications. Prepares scope of work, reviews design package and transmits comments to design agency for incorporation. Knowledge of rotating equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, medical gas system, and fire protection system. Coordinates shutdown of utilities when indicated and ensures uninterrupted service.
