SAMSO has an extensive medical and health science library. SAMSO nurses are able to access over 170 books, and 8000 medical journals. Online medical journals and updates are also available.
We also provide an Education Refund Plan (ERP). SAMSO nurses are able to receive financial aid in order to fund their professional development.
Ongoing education is offered free of charge, BLS, PALS, ACTN, ACLS & EMS courses for non experienced EMS nurses.
Performance Management Program The PMP is an online tool for staff to monitor and track their professional goals and successes.

Lifestyle
As a single status employee, our SAMSO nurses live in their own private accommodation within the Saudi Aramco communities. Our largest community is Dhahran and with shops, leisure facilities and over 10,000 employees living and working here- this modern community is more like a small city.
