JOB LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA
Position Description: Saudi Aramco seeks an experience Pipeline Process Engineer to work with the Seawater Engineering Division, Seawater Injection Department. The candidate must have extensive experience in pipeline simulation and modeling applications. Should have extensive knowledge to conduct economic studies and cost analysis of pipeline systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Audit and review existing pipeline and injection facilities to identify improvement opportunities, potential problems, and remedies to existing problems.
-Work closely with pipelines, injection plants and engineering organizations.
-Participate in studies and investigations in collaboration with other Saudi Aramco and outside organizations related to new and existing pipeline systems.
-Develop plans for reviewing and incorporating new technologies in Saudi Aramco's pipeline systems, should conduct simulations and modeling studies using Saudi Aramco licensed software packages covering pipelines and process simulation software.
-Deliver presentations to an international audience of experts and publishes technical papers.
-Mentor Saudi Arab engineers and future pipeline hydraulic and surge analysis specialists.
Minimum Requirements: BS in engineering, seven years of related experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry.
