Saudi Aramco's Upstream Professional Development Center is seeking experienced Geoscience and Engineering professionals to design and deliver a new professional development program in concert with the construction of a new E&P training facility. Our new Upstream Professional Development Program includes all training which enables E&P technical staff to carry out their current as well as future technical assignments. The program includes formal classroom training and self study - all integrated with work assignments, process and technology simulators, mentored support, and communities of practice. The program is intended to meet the needs of all technical staff, from new hire through to retirement.
Ideal candidates require:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geophysics with 15 years related technical experience in E&P operations, Geology requires a Master's degree. Will consider 10 years related technical experience in E&P operations with a PhD.
Experience in E&P staff development.
Demonstrated passion for new and better ways to develop technical talent for E&P operations is a valued characteristic.
