Application Stage

Your Saudi Aramco recruitment journey begins when you upload your up-to-date CV onto our website and complete the fields where personal data are requested. You should also complete and submit the online application form as we need this to carry out our candidate assessment.

Please note our office in London is only able to accept applications from candidates holding European citizenship.

These documents will then be uploaded onto our CV database, which is regularly checked by recruiters for new submissions.

If you make an application and don’t receive a response from us within six months then, unfortunately, this means your application was unsuccessful at this first stage. However, we do retain CVs for future consideration should suitable positions become available, and we encourage candidates to reapply so that they may maintain an updated profile on our system.

Recruiter Review

At this stage, our recruiters assess your CV and application form based on the relevant requirements and specifications. If you meet the essential criteria, your CV and application will be referred to the relevant department in Saudi Arabia for their review and feedback.[More about Recruiter Review]

Department Review

Our recruiters usually receive the department’s feedback within a few weeks of referring your CV and application. Should your application be successful, you’ll be contacted by the recruiters to arrange an interview with the department. You will also be notified if your application is unsuccessful. We do keep all candidate profiles in our system should a suitable position arise in the future.[More about Department Review]

Interview

One of three different types of interview can be arranged, depending upon your location. These include video conference interviews, telephone conference interviews, or face-to-face interviews, which are often conducted during our Recruitment Interview Workshops.[More about Interview Stage]
