An experienced staff of physicians and specialists is available to meet all the medical needs of you and your family during your time in Saudi Arabia.

All Saudi Aramco communities have the following facilities:

• Outpatient Clinic you can usually obtain same or next day appointments for treatment by a general practitioner.
• Pharmacy – The Saudi Aramco Pharmacy operates during normal working hours and most prescription drugs and medicines are free.
• Emergency Room – Emergency care and transportation is available in all communities, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

The Saudi Aramco Medical Services Organization (SAMSO) has a hospital located in Dhahran. With 331 beds and a large out-patient service, it contains some of the most advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities in the world.

SAMSO provides a full range of dental care in company-operated clinics in your community. In general, all dental care is provided by appointment on a fee for service basis. You’ll find these fees compare favorably to charges elsewhere, based on international standards.
